Whopper

I had the sonogram today and they were training a new stenographer. I had a feeling that when she gasped and said out loud something to the effect of "that is a huge baby" that I was in for it. Turns out the estimate him to be at 9lbs. 70z. today...almost Momma sized. (He may exceed me at this rate and I was 2 weeks late; I don't want to think about how big he would be if they made me wait until next week....scary...I am carrying a pre-schooler instead of a baby.) So the long and short of it is that we are evicting him via a scheduled c-section on Thursday, August 27th at 11:30 am. His tummy is so big that the computer gave him the OOR (out of range) and would not even estimate how big the abdominal region is at this point (which is why we are having a c in the end--his tummy probably would not have fit).

Keep us in your prayers and we will update the blog with official stats on Thursday! Big thank you for all the calls, notes, emails, FB posts--they are really keeping my spirits up. I have been slow to reply because I am so tired but know that I appreciate each and every one of them!
