A few reasons why Teddy may not be able to walk just yet

Many of you know that I am back to work full time and that Teddy is in daycare. I have written many posts about how Teddy loves daycare, how they love him and all that jazz. He is learning so much and is influenced everyday by the other children. Teddy is showing some interest in trying to walk, not crawl, but really stand and walk. Adrian and I are fostering this by trying to assist and will probably buy him a cruising tool soon.

But, Teddy is just not there yet. I wondered what Adrian's training time with Teddy consisted of and this is what I found:

Now, some may say that this is a bit unorthodox, to which I reply, meet Adrian and welcome to my world. (I absolutely could not stop laughing when I found Teddy this way. It only became obvious when we tried to let him "walk" down the stairs....too funny! Adrian skipped the baby classes, I think he may need the remedial dressing baby class.)

Teddy is still loving solids and you have never, I mean never, met a baby that loved carrots the way Teddy does. He sees carrots and has a grin that is more akin to when I see carats (or chocolate brownies, either one). I suppose I should be happy that he likes his vegetables, but that is just one more thing that makes him more like Adrian and I am still not over that he is Adrian's mini-me. (Seriously, when they nap together, waking them up it looks like I am seeing double--same faces, expressions, wrinkles on forehead, scowl. Adrian can never disclaim this child, not that he wants to, he is such a good Daddy and has boy time watching Top Gear with Teddy all the time.) See the evidence here:

A huge shout out to Murad and Benedicte on the birth of Alexander! Teddy is super excited to add another wolf to the pack!
